Update 1.2.9

Changelog for this new patch :


– Airstrike were not well enough managed when a TF/ships retire. This was leading to crashes. Now its is using the same process as the TF detach feature
– When the program assign the payload for a strike, it keeps a 10% fuel margin against a TF (moving). Ignore this when the air unit is ready on deck
– The target of an airstrike in preparation on there lower Strike Box was sometimes lost before launching in PBEM game
– Land CAP at night if they couldn’t do it at sunset because of enemy attack
